Nourishing Our Community: Introducing the CYWA Food Distribution Program
Fighting Hunger, One Meal at a Time
Food insecurity is a pressing issue in our community, but at CYWA, we are committed to ensuring that no family goes hungry. Our food distribution program operates two days a week, with an additional “bonus food” day each month, serving nearly 500 households per month. We collaborate with the Chester County Food Bank, Philabundance, local grocery stores, and individual markets to provide the most nutritious food options to our community residents.
In addition to distributing food, we offer recipes in both English and Spanish to help families prepare healthy meals with fresh produce. Our program has grown significantly, thanks to the dedication of our enthusiastic volunteers and the generosity of our food donors.
Your support can help us continue to expand this vital service. By donating to our food distribution program, you are not only providing meals to those in need but also contributing to the health and well-being of our community. Join us in our mission to fight hunger and nourish hope. Every donation makes a difference.
