St. Matthew’s Drive Out Hunger Golf Event Powers CYWA Support with $3,000

October 8, 2025 – St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Chester Springs hosted its annual Drive Out Hunger golf event in September, and CYWA was honored to be one of the beneficiaries. Forty-four golfers enjoyed a fun-filled day of golf, lunch, and live music by Daniel Bower. Roger Wayne, CYWA Community Liaison, shared the powerful impact of CYWA’s programs and thanked the golfers for their support. In early October, Patrick Miller of St. Matthew’s presented CYWA with a $3,000 check from the event—an amount that will go directly to helping families in need.
